L'invention concerne un dispositif et procédé permettant la production d'un film capables de résoudre le problème de qualité, notamment le problème lié à une augmentation difficile de la productivité en raison de la faible épaisseur du produit, en ajustant la largeur du produit pour en augmenter la production et capables d'ajuster une largeur et une épaisseur cible même si la quantité de produit extrudé à partir d'une matrice en T atteint le maximum de sa capacité. Le dispositif de production du film comprend une matrice en T (10), un rouleau de transmission (11) et une bobine d'enroulement (13). Le procédé de production du film consiste à monter un dispositif de réglage (12) de la largeur du film dans le dispositif de production, à ajuster la largeur du film à l'aide du dispositif (12) et à régler l'épaisseur du film grâce à une vitesse périphérique du rouleau (11) qui se trouve immédiatement après la matrice en T (10) ou après la quantité de produit extrudé de la matrice en T (10).
