2 7は口一夕 2 1の下端側を支持している軸受け、 2 8はロータ 2 1 の上端に一体的に取り付けられているコ ミュテ一タ (整流子) である。 この場合、 モー夕ブラシ 3 0 とコ ミュテ一夕 2 8の配置位置は、 口一夕 2 1の上端、 かつスライ ドボ一ル 2 5および口一タシャフ ト 2 6によ り 構成される 夕 2 1の上端側を支持している軸受けの下方位置となる
2 9はブラシスプリ ング、 3 0はモー夕ブラシ、 3 1 は口一夕 2 1の 前記中空部の内面に形成されたネジ部と螺合するネジ部がその周面に形 成されたモータシャフ ト、 4 0はポジションセンサである。
次に、 動作について説明する。
この E G Rバルブ装置では、 スプリ ング 1 9 によ りパルプ 1 1の閉動 方向へ所定のリターン トルクを付与し、 モー夕 2 0の一方向の通電によ 'ルブ 1 1の開動方向に可変のモータ トルクを付与し、 それらの トル クバランスによ りバルブ 1 1が開閉制御される。
従来の E G Rバルブ装置は以上のように構成されているので、 バルブ 1 1の開閉動作に必要な トルク発生源と して直流モー夕を使用すること からモータブラシと整流子を設けており、 このモータブラシと整流子が ロー夕 2 1の上端、 かつスライ ドボ一ル 2 5の下方位置に配置されてい ることと、 また、 バルブ 1 1の開閉動作に伴い 夕 2 1の軸方向に作 用する反力によ り 夕 2 1 自体がその軸方向へ上下に位置ずれを起こ す可能性があることから、 前記 夕 2 1 自体の軸方向への位置ずれが 生じた場合の前記モー夕ブラシと前記整流子などの通電装置への悪影響 を避けることが出来ない課題があった。
また、 モー夕ブラシ 3 0 と整流子 2 8がロー夕 2 1の上端、 かつスラ ィ ドボ一ル 2 5の下方位置に配置されていることから、 モー夕ブラシ 3 0などの摩耗によ り発生する摩耗粉などの異物が直流モー夕内部へ侵入 してマグネヅ ト 2 4 と、 コイル 2 2などのモー夕回転部とのギャ ップに 詰ま りモー夕不良を起こし易い課題があった。
また、 前記モー夕ブラシ 3 0 と前記整流子 2 8などの通電装置を口一 夕 2 1の上端に一体的に取り付けて、 さらに口一タシャフ ト 2 6の上端 をスライ ドボ一ル 2 5 に回動自在に当接させてコイル 2 2などのモ一夕 回転部をマグネッ ト 2 4 と所定のギヤッブを有した状態に組み上げるこ とから、 組み立ての際の作業性がよ くない課題があった。
この発明は上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、 口一 夕自体が軸方向へ上下に位置ずれを起こす可能性をなく して通電装置へ の悪影響を避け、 またモータブラシ 3 0などの摩耗によ り発生する摩耗 粉などの異物によるモ一夕不良の発生を防止するなどの信頼性を向上さ せた E G Rバルブ装置を得るこ とを目的とする。
また、 組み立ての際の作業性を向上できる E G Rバルブ装置を得るこ とを目的とする。 発明の開示
この発明に係る E G Rバルブ装置は、 ステ一夕コアの周方向に所定数 のコイルを配設したステ一夕と、 該ステ一夕の前記コイルと対応する外 周面に複数のマグネッ 卜が装着された口一夕 とを有したモー夕回転部と 、 該モータ回転部の前記口一夕の回転をも とにバルブを直動的に駆動す るバルブ駆動機構と、 前記マグネ ッ トが装着された前記口一夕を前記ス テ一夕に対し回動自在に支持する軸受けと、 前記ロー夕の回転軸上で前 記軸受けよ り前記マグネ ッ 卜の取り付け側とは逆の外側に配設され、 供 給された直流電源を前記ロー夕の位置に応じて整流し、 前記ステ一夕の コイルへ供給する通電装置とを備えるようにしたものである。 この構成によって、 バルブ駆動機構のバルブ駆動に伴いロータに加わ る反力による当該ロータの回転軸方向の位置ずれが通電装置へ及ぼす影 響を、 マグネッ トが取付けられた前記ロー夕と前記通電装置との間に配 置された軸受けによ り阻止するこ とができ、 バルブ装置としての信頼性 を向上できる効果を奏する。
この発明に係る E G Rバルブ装置は、 ロー夕の回転軸上で軸受けよ り マグネッ 卜の取付け側とは逆の外側へ延長された当該ロー夕の延長部へ 一体的に取付けられている円盤形状の給電部に構成された整流子片ぉよ びス リ ップリ ング部と、 モー夕ブラシとを有した通電装置を備えるよう にしたものである。
この構成によって、 バルブ駆動機構のバルブ駆動に伴いロータに加わ る反力による当該口一夕の回転軸方向の位置ずれが、 円盤形状の給電部 に構成された整流子片およびス リ ップリ ング部へ及ぼす影響を、 マグネ ッ 卜が取付けられた前記ロー夕 と前記給電部との間に配置された軸受け によ り阻止することができ、 バルブ装置と しての信頼性を向上できる効 果を奏する。
この発明に係る E G Rバルブ装置は、 モー夕回転部と通電装置との間 を遮蔽する遮蔽部材を備えるようにしたものである。
この構成によって、 通電装置の摩耗部分で発生する摩耗粉などの異物 がモー夕回転部へ侵入してモー夕不良を起こすなどの現象を防止でき、 バルブ装置としての信頼性を向上できる効果を奏する。
この発明に係る E G Rバルブ装置は、 マグネッ 卜が取付けられた口一 夕の延長部の外周面に内輪内周面が固着されている軸受けの外輪外周面 を嵌着し、 前記軸受けをシールする とともにモータ回転部の通電装置側 の開口面を塞いで、 前記通電装置と前記軸受けとの間に配設されている 遮蔽部材を備えるようにしたものである。
この構成によって、 通電装置の摩耗部分で発生する摩耗粉などの異物 が軸受けおよびモータ回転部へ侵入して回転不良ゃモ一夕不良を起こす などの現象を防止でき、 バルブ装置としての信頼性を向上できる効果を 奏する。
この発明に係る E G Rバルブ装置は、 モー夕回転部を組み上げた後に そのロー夕の延長部へ通電装置を組み付けるようにしたものである。
この構成によって、 モー夕回転部と通電装置の組み立てを別工程で行 うことが可能になり、 組み立ての際の作業性を向上できる効果を奏する

これらの図において、 5 1はバルブの開度を検出するための図示して いないポジショ ンセンサゃ電源供給端子などを備えたセンサ部、 5 2は 前記バルブを開閉するための トルク発生源となる直流モー夕が内部に構 成されているバルブ駆動部の外套部材、 5 3はステ一夕コアである。 5 4はステ一夕を構成するコイルであ り、 前記ステ一夕コア 5 3の周方向 にほぼ等間隔に配置されている。 5 5 はロー夕であ り、 内面部にネジ部 5 6が形成された中空部を有し、 外周部にはマグネッ ト 5 7が取り付け られている。 このマグネッ ト 5 7の外周面と前記ステ一夕コア 5 3の内 周面との間には所定のギャ ップが形成されている。
なお、 これらロー夕 5 5のマグネ ッ ト 5 7、 ステ一夕コア 5 3、 コィ ル 5 4によ りモー夕回転部を構成している。
5 8はマグネッ ト 5 7が取り付けられたロー夕 5 5の延長部 5 5 bの 外周面へ内輪内周部が固着され、 外輪外周面が遮蔽部材 7 1へ嵌着し、 口一夕 5 5 をバルブ駆動部の外套部材 5 2側へ支持している軸受け、 5 9は同様にマグネッ ト 5 7の前記センサ部 5 1 とは逆方向の端付近で口 一夕 5 5 をバルブ駆動部の外套部材 5 2側へ支持している軸受けである
6 0はバルブ駆動軸 (バルブ駆動機構) であり、 その外周部にはネジ 部が形成され、 ロー夕 5 5 に形成された前記中空部の内面部に形成され たネジ部 (バルブ駆動機構) 5 6 と螺合しており、 前記ロータ 5 5の回 動に伴って軸方向に移動可能に構成されている。 6 1 は図示していない バルブをその先端で支持しているバルブシャフ ト と突端面で当接してい る、 バルブ駆動軸 6 0の端部に構成されたバルブシャフ ト当接部材 (パ ルブ駆動機構) である。 6 2はバルブシャフ ト当接部材 6 1の端部に固 定されたスプリ ング係合板 (バルブ駆動機構) 、 6 3はその一端が前記 スプリ ング係合板 6 2 に固定され、 他端がバルブ駆動部の外套部材 5 2 のフランジ部 8 2側に固定されたスプリ ング (バルブ駆動機構) である
7 1は外套部材 5 2 にその周囲が覆われているバルブ駆動部、 モータ 回転部のセンサ部 5 1側、 すなわち、 モー夕ブラシ 7 3、 整流子片 7 4 、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5などの通電装置側の開口面を塞ぐとともに、 前 記軸受け 5 8の外輪外周面と嵌着することで軸受け 5 8の軸方向、 特に センサ部 5 1方向への位置ずれを防止する構造で、 前記軸受け 5 8を介 してロータ 5 5 を回動自在に前記バルブ駆動部の内部の所定位置へ位置 決めしている遮蔽部材である。 なお、 この遮蔽部材 7 1 は、 モ一夕ブラ シ 7 3、 整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5などの通電装置と軸受け 5 8 との間に配設されている。
7 2は円盤形状の給電部であ り、 第 6 図 ( a ) に示すようにリ ング形 状の導体が周方向に所定数に分割され、 それそれ電気的に分離された整 流子片 7 4 と、 前記整流子片 7 4に対し同心円状に径方向に必要に応じ た所定数のリ ング形状に分割され、 それそれ電気的に分離されたス リ ッ プリ ング部 7 5 とがその一方の面に構成され、 また他方の面には環状凸 部 7 2 aが構成されている。 なお、 第 6図 ( b ) は同図 ( a ) における C - C ' 断面を示している。 また、 各整流子片 7 4 と各ス リ ップリ ング 部 7 5 との間は所定の内部結線構造によ り接続されている。
第 7図に示す軸受け 5 8 よ りセンサ部 5 1側に位置するロー夕 5 5の 端部に形成された環状凹部 5 5 aに前記環状凸部 Ί 2 aが嵌着されるこ とで、 円盤形状の給電部 7 2は軸受け 5 8 よ り外側のセンサ部 5 1側の ロータ 5 5の回転軸 X方向に延長された前記ロータ 5 5の延長部 5 5 b の端に固定され、 ロー夕 5 5 とともに一体的に回転する構造である。 な お、 第 7図 ( b ) は同図 ( a ) における D— D, 断面を示している。
7 3はモー夕ブラシであり、 第 4図に示すようにブラシ保持プレー ト 9 1の各所定位置に固定されており、 各モ一夕ブラシ 7 3の先端部の接 触子は前記円盤形状の給電部 7 2 に構成された前記整流子片 7 4または ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 と電気的に接触し、 外部から供給された直流電源 を、 前記ロー夕 5 5の回転位置に応じて前記ステ一夕を構成するコィル 5 4のそれそれへ供給する。 なお、 各モー夕ブラシ 7 3を固定している ブラシ保持プレー ト (通電装置) 9 1 においてモータブラシ 7 3間が電 気的に導通しないように、 ブラシ保持プレー ト 9 1 はモー夕ブラシ 7 3 ごとに分断される。 また、 前記各モー夕ブラシ 7 3 と前記円盤形状の給 電部 7 2の整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 によ り通電装置が構成 され、 この通電装置はロー夕 5 5の回転軸 X上で軸受け 5 8 よ りマグネ ッ ト 5 7の取り付け側とは逆の外側に配設されている。 また、 第 4図 ( b ) は同図 ( a ) における A— A, 断面を示している。 8 1は、 モータブラシ 7 3が保持されたブラシ保持プレー ト 9 1 を所 定位置に固定して、 前記各モータブラシ 7 3 と、 前記円盤形状の給電部 7 2の整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 によ り構成される通電装置 を内部に収納するためのブラシ保持プレー ト固定部材であり、 第 5図に 示すようにブラシ保持プレー ト 9 1 を所定位置に固定するための取付孔 などが形成されている。 なお、 第 5図 ( b ) は同図 ( a ) における B — B ' 断面を示している。
1 0 0はセンサ部 5 1 の電源供給端子が内部に構成されている電源供 給端子内蔵部である。
次に、 動作について説明する。
この E G Rバルブ装置は、 口一夕 5 5のマグネヅ ト 5 7、 ステ一夕コ ァ 5 3、 コイル 5 4を備えたモー夕回転部と、 各モ一夕ブラシ 7 3 と前 記円盤形状の給電部 Ί 2 に構成された整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 を備えた通電装置とを備え、 口一夕側がマグネッ トであ りステ一夕 側がコイルである直流モー夕を駆動源と してバルブの開閉を行う構成で あ り、 ステ一夕側のコイル 5 4に供給する電流およびその方向を、 円盤 形状の給電部 7 2の整流子片 7 4 とス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 によ り ロー夕 5 5の回転位置に応じて切り替える。
電源供給端子内蔵部 1 0 0 に構成されている電源供給端子から入力さ れた直流電源は、 ブラシ保持プレー ト 9 1 に保持されたモー夕ブラシ 7 3へ供給される。 このモー夕ブラシ 7 3へ供給された直流電源は、 ロー 夕 5 5 とともに一体的に回転する円盤形状の給電部 Ί 2の整流子片 7 4 とス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 間の結線構造によ り前記ロー夕 5 5の位置に応 じて整流され、 つま り、 前記ロー夕 5 5の位置に応じて電源を供給する コイル 5 4が決定され、 さらにその電流方向が決定され、 別のモータブ ラシ 7 3 を介してステ一夕 5 3の各コイル 5 4へ供給される。 この結果 、 コイル 5 4に発生した磁界と口一夕 5 5のマグネッ ト 5 7の磁界との 相互作用によ り、 E G Rバルブ装置のモー夕回転部のロー夕 5 5 に回転 トルクが発生し、 ロー夕 5 5が回転する。 この口一夕 5 5が回転する と 、 ロー夕 5 5の中空部の内面部に形成されたネジ部 5 6 と螺合している ネジ部を有したバルブ駆動軸 6 0は、 前記ロー夕 5 5の回転方向に応じ 、 その軸方向に直線的に移動する。
バルブ駆動軸 6 0がロー夕 5 5の中空部から突出する方向へ移動する 場合には、 バルブ駆動軸 6 0、 バルブシャフ ト当接部材 6 1 はスプリ ン グ 6 3による付勢力に抗して図示していないバルブを押し下げて、 前記 バルブを開動方向へ駆動し、 バルブ閧度を増加させる。 一方、 バルブ駆 動軸 6 0がロー夕 5 5の中空部内へ入り込む方向へ移動する場合には、 バルブ駆動軸 6 0、 バルブシャフ ト当接部材 6 1 は前記バルブが閉動す るための駆動力と しては作用せず、 バルブ駆動軸 6 0がロー夕 5 5の中 空部内へ入り込んだ量だけ、 前記バルブはスプリ ング 6 3 による付勢力 によ り閉動方向へ付勢され移動し、 バルブ閧度を減少させる。
口一夕 5 5は、 ロー夕 5 5 に取付けられたマグネッ ト 5 7の両端付近 で軸受け 5 8, 5 9 によ りバルブ駆動部の外套部材 5 2へ回動自在に固 定されており、 さらに各モー夕ブラシ 7 3 と前記円盤形状の給電部 7 2 に構成された整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 を備えた通電装置は 、 前記軸受け 5 8 よ り もセンサ部 5 1側で口一夕 5 5 に取り付けられて いるため、 軸受け 5 8, 5 9間の距離が小さ く な り、 構造上の剛性が増 し、 バルブの開閉動作に伴いロー夕 5 5の軸方向に作用する反力による 口一夕 5 5 自体の軸方向における位置ずれの発生がなく なる。
また、 各モー夕ブラシ 7 3 と前記円盤形状の給電部 7 2 に構成された 整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 を備えた通電装置は、 口一夕 5 5 の回転軸 X上で前記軸受け 5 8 よ り もセンサ部 5 1側で口一夕 5 5の延 長部 5 5 bの端に取り付けられていることから、 バルブの開閉動作に伴 う口一夕 5 5の軸方向に作用する反力による前記円盤形状の給電部 7 2 への機械的なたわみなどの影響は前記軸受け 5 8 , 5 9により解消され て、 前記円盤形状の給電部 7 2の整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 への前記影響を極力小さくすることが可能となる。
また、 軸受け 5 8は遮蔽部材 7 1にその外輪外周部が嵌着され、 遮蔽 部材 7 1が前記通電装置と前記軸受け 5 8 との間で、 バルブ駆動部のセ ンサ部 5 1側の開口面、 すなわちモー夕回転部の通電装置側の開口面を 遮蔽しており、 前記軸受け 5 8のシール効果と、 モー夕ブラシなどの摩 耗により発生する摩耗粉などの異物のモータ回転部への侵入防止効果を 同時に実現できる。
次に、 この E G Rバルブ装置の組み立て手順について説明する。
先ず、 外套部材 5 2の内部へステ一夕コア 5 3、 コイル 5 4、 軸受け 5 9、 ロー夕 5 5などのバルブ駆動部を組み付け、 その後、 外套部材 5 2によ りその周囲が覆われているバルブ駆動部のセンサ部 5 1側の開口 面を遮蔽部材 7 1で塞ぐ。 このとき軸受け 5 8の外輪外周面が遮蔽部材 7 1 と、 また軸受け 5 8の内輪の内周面が口一夕 5 5の延長部 5 5 bの 外周面と嵌着するようにしてバルブ駆動部のセンサ部 5 1側の開口面を 遮蔽部材 7 1で塞ぐ。 第 7図はこの状態を示している。
次に、 第 5図に示したブラシ保持プレート固定部材 8 1 を外套部材 5 2の端部内面に挿入するように外套部材 5 2へ組み付ける。
この状態から第 6図に示す円盤形状の給電部 7 2をその環状凸部 7 2 aにより口一夕 5 5の延長部 5 5 bに形成された環状凹部 5 5 aに嵌着 して固定する。
次に、 第 4図に示す各モー夕ブラシ 7 3が所定の位置に保持されたブ ラシ保持プレー ト 9 1 を前記外套部材 5 2の端部内面に挿入したブラシ 保持プレー ト固定部材 8 1の所定位置へ配置し固定する。 第 3図はこの 状態を示している。 なお、 ブラシ保持プレー ト 9 1 をブラシ保持プレー ト固定部材 8 1 の所定位置へあらかじめ配置し固定した後に、 そのブラ シ保持プレー ト固定部材 8 1 を外套部材 5 2の端部内面に挿入してもよ

その後、 各モー夕ブラシ 7 3 ごとにブラシ保持プレー ト 9 1 を分割し 、 各モ一夕ブラシ間を電気的に分離する。 このとき各モー夕ブラシ 7 3 は、 円盤形状の給電部 7 2の整流子片 7 4またはス リ ップリ ング部 7 5 と電気的に接触した状態にある。
従って、 モータ回転部を外套部材 5 2内へ組み込んだ後に、 前記各モ —夕ブラシ 7 3 と前記円盤形状の給電部 Ί 2の整流子片 7 4、 ス リ ップ リ ング部 7 5 によ り構成される通電装置を前記モ一夕回転部のロー夕 5 5の延長部 5 5 bへ組み付けるこ とが出来るため、 モー夕回転部と通電 装置とをそれそれ別工程として組み立てるこ とができ、 組み立ての際の 作業性を向上できる E G Rバルブ装置が得られる効果がある。 産業上の利用可能性
以上のように、 この発明に係る E G Rバルブ装置は、 車載用の排気ガ スの再循環系の信頼性を向上するのに適している。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . ステ一夕コアの周方向に所定数のコイルを配設したステ一夕と、 該 ステ一夕の前記コイルと対応する外周面に複数のマグネッ トが装着され たロー夕とを有したモー夕回転部と、
該モ一夕回転部の前記口一夕の回転をもとにバルブを直動的に駆動す るバルブ駆動機構と、
前記マグネッ トが装着された前記ロー夕を前記ステ一夕に対し回動自 在に支持する軸受けと、
前記ロータの回転軸上で前記軸受けよ り前記マグネッ トの取り付け側 とは逆の外側に配設され、 供給された直流電源を前記ロー夕の位置に応 じて整流し、 前記ステ一夕のコイルへ供給する通電装置とを備えたこと を特徴とする E G Rバルブ装置。
2 . 通電装置は、 円盤形状の給電部に構成された整流子片およびス リ ツ プリ ング部と、 モー夕ブラシとを有し、 前記円盤形状の給電部は、 口一 夕の回転軸上で軸受けよ りマグネッ トの取付け側とは逆の外側へ延長さ れた当該ロータの延長部へ一体的に取り付けられているこ とを特徴とす る請求の範囲第 1項記載の E G Rバルブ装置。
3 . モ一夕回転部と通電装置との間を遮蔽する遮蔽部材を備えているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項記載の E G Rバルブ装置。
4 . 遮蔽部材は、 マグネッ トが取付けられたロータの延長部の外周面に 内輪内周面が固着されている軸受けの外輪外周面を嵌着し、 前記軸受け *シールするとともにモ一夕回転部の通電装置側の開口面を塞いで、 前 記通電装置と前記軸受けとの間に配設されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第 3項記載の E G Rバルブ装置。
5 . 通電装置は、 組み上げられたモ一夕回転部の口一夕の延長部位置へ 組み付けることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項記載の E G Rバルブ装置
