Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur schnellen Bestimmung von bakterieller DNS, wobei die Probe mit bakterieller DNS vorgelegt wird, die Probe mittels eines PCR-Verfahrens behandelt und mittels der PCR vervielfachten DNS-Kopien bestimmt wird.
