Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Parametern, insbesondere von Kennlinien eines n-Tors, insbesondere eines Verstärkers (8). Die Parameter werden durch Anlegen und gegebenenfalls gleichzeitiges Messen einer Eingangs-Signalreihe mit unterschiedlichen Amplituden und Messen einer Ausgangs-Signalreihe unter Berücksichtigung eines Zeitversatzes, den die Ausgangs-Signalreihe gegenüber der Eingangs-Signalreihe aufweist, bestimmt. Dabei wird der Zeitersatz durch Korrelation der Ausgangs-Signalreihe mit der Eingangs-Signalreihe ermittelt.
