Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von biologisch aktiven Wirkstoffen, wobei ausgehend von Arznei- und Pflanzenschutzmitteln als Substrate, die als funktionelle Gruppe mindestens eine Amino- oder Hydroxylgruppe tragen, mittels einer durch Enzyme oder Mischungen mit enzymatischer Aktivität mit breitem Substratspektrum katalysierten ein-Elektronen-Reaktion Wirkstoffe mit zusätzlichen funktionellen Gruppen und modifiziertem Wirkungsspektrum und modifizierten Anwendungseigenschaften erhältlich werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Enzyme radikalbildende Enzyme und/oder als Mischungen mit enzymatischer Aktivität Überstände ligninolytischer Pilze in wässriger Lösung eingesetzt werden, wobei als zusätzliche funktionelle Gruppen A) polyfunktionelle Synthone, die dem Wirkstoff ein verändertes Lösungsverhalten in wässrigen und lipophilen Systemen und eine hohe Grenzflächenaktivität verleihen, B) aromatische Moleküle, heteroaromatische Verbindungen, C) Heterozyklische Verbindungen, D) Wirkstoffe mit eigenständiger biologischer Wirksamkeit, E) Wirkstoffe, die eine eigenständige Wirkung und Tensideigenschaften in einem Molekül vereinen, einführbar sind, die mit den Ausgangstoffen kovalent verknüpfte Kopplungsprodukte mit verändertem Verteilungsverhalten ergeben, durch die polyfunktionale Interaktionen mit dem Zielorganismus ermöglicht werden.
