Abstract

L'invention concerne un atomiseur rotatif comprenant un tambour (14) rotatif autour de son axe longitudinal et une buse située à l'intérieur du tambour (14), de telle sorte que le tambour (14) tourne autour de son axe par rapport à la buse. En service, la buse est couplée à un système de distribution de liquide, le liquide sortant de la buse se précipite sur une surface interne du tambour (14) entraînant ainsi la rotation du tambour. Une multitude de canaux (17) traversant sensiblement et de manière radiale le tambour (14) acheminent le liquide depuis l'intérieur du tambour vers l'extérieur du tambour (14). Les canaux (17) présentant sensiblement une forme en V dans la coupe transversale et ils sont orientés de telle manière que lorsque le tambour (14) tourne, les extrémités les plus étroites des canaux (17) entraînent les extrémités le plus larges.
