Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé relatif à l'induction d'embryogenèse somatique directe et d'embryogenèse secondaire dans les cellules de plantes à monocotylédon et les plantes fertiles à monocotylédon à régénérescence rapide. L'invention concerne également un procédé identique, pour les cellules de plantes et les plantes considérées, mais sans induction d'embryogenèse secondaire. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé relatif à l'induction d'embryogenèse somatique directe et d'organogenèse, pour les cellules de plantes et les plantes considérées. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé relatif à l'induction d'embryogenèse directe dans les substrats suivants: cellules de cals à monocotylédon, cellules en suspension, ou embryons dérivés de microspores, et plantes fertiles à monocotylédon à régénérescence rapide. L'invention concerne enfin des plantes fertiles à monocotylédon produites selon les procédés décrits.
