Abstract

Au moins une forme de réalisation de l'invention concerne un article de tapis en caoutchouc coussiné anti-poussières. Le tapis comporte au moins deux couches distinctes de caoutchouc ; l'une de ces couches contient un caoutchouc mousse, et l'autre un caoutchouc solide. La couche de caoutchouc solide se situe sur la couche de caoutchouc mousse, du côté du tapis présentant au moins une protubérance intégrée de caoutchouc pour conférer des caractéristiques d'amortissement. La couche de caoutchouc solide sert de couverture ou de barrière à la couche de caoutchouc mousse, notamment sur la ou les protubérance(s) intégrée(s), de manière à constituer un tapis élastique, au coefficient de résistance diminuant peu après usage notable et/ou lavage par des procédés de nettoyage industriel ;ce tapis ne présentant pas de fissures ou de ruptures notables, en particulier à l'intérieur de la ou des protubérance(s) intégrée(s), après usage standard par des piétons. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de production de cet article de tapis coussiné.
