Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un article comprenant des couches multiples. Ces couches multiples présentent des surfaces de dimensions différentes. Ce procédé comprend l'utilisation d'un ensemble de moule composé d'une première et d'une seconde partie. Ces deux parties du moule définissent une cavité présentant respectivement une première et une seconde surface. Les étapes de ce procédé consistent à placer une première couche de matériau sur la première cavité de moule de manière que cette première couche de matériau est disposée le long d'une partie de la première surface du moule. Une seconde couche est appliquée sur la première surface du moule, au dessus de la première cavité et de la première couche. Cette seconde couche recouvre la première couche et la totalité de la première surface du moule. Une pression est ensuite appliquée dans la cavité du moule afin de former l'article.
