Abstract

Eine Anlage ist mit einem codierten Datenträger (5) über Zutrittsterminals (8) zugänglich, welche mit einer Einrichtung (9) zum Lesen des Datenträgers (5) versehen sind. Um die Zugangsberechtigungsdaten auf den Datenträger (5) zu codieren, verfügt die Person, die die Zugangsberechtigung wünscht, sowohl über einen Datenträger (5) wie über eine Einrichtung (6) zum Codieren des Datenträgers (5). Die betreffende Person teilt die gewünschte Zugangsberechtigung über eine Telekommunikationseinrichtung einem Webserver (2) mit, der die Zugangsberechtigung abrechnet und die Zugangsberechtigungsdaten über die Telekommunikationseirichtung der Einrichtung (6) zum Codieren des Datenträgers (5) übermittelt.
