Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de construction précise et efficace de la structure tridimensionnelle d'une protéine arbitraire par modélisation homologique. Cette méthode consiste à aligner une protéine cible arbitraire avec une protéine référentielle présentant une structure tridimensionnelle connue, puis à construire la structure tridimensionnelle de la protéine cible à partir de la protéine référentielle sélectionnée et des données d'alignement, l'invention se caractérisant par l'utilisation, par exemple, d'une méthode selon laquelle l'alignement donné est corrigé ou sélectionné de manière spécifique, ou permettant d'éliminer la redondance de celui-ci.
