Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui peut facilement être utilisé afin de prévenir un patient asthmatique ou réagissant aux allergènes de la présence de niveaux d'irritants élevés, qui sont susceptibles de déclencher une crise d'asthme ou une crise d'allergie chez cette personne. Ce dispositif surveille et enregistre en continu les irritants présents dans l'air et lorsque la concentration dépasse le niveau prédéfini, le dispositif produit un signal d'alarme destiné à l'utilisateur. Les données enregistrées peuvent être téléchargées sur un ordinateur et ces informations peuvent être utilisées par le patient et par le médecin afin d'identifier des irritants, d'orienter le traitement et de déterminer des niveaux seuils.
