Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule (1) qui comprend une cavité (10) et un corps de moule formant la cavité (10) et dissipant la chaleur et qui sert à la coulée de pièces coulées en métal selon le procédé de moulage par coulée. Le moule présente, sur la surface formant la cavité (10), un revêtement (20) sous forme d'un corps stratifié ayant une épaisseur inférieure à 5 mm, composé d'un solide très poreux, à structure en squelette, en matériau résistant à la chaleur, dont la porosité est supérieure à 50 % et dont la conductivité thermique k est inférieure à 1 W/mK.
