Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Vorrichtungen und Verfahren zur Untersuchung von Ionenkanälen in Membranen. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich aus durch einen Biochip mit einem Substrat, in welchem in Form einer MxN Matrix Öffnungen zur Aufnahme einer wenigstens einen Ionenkanal (I) umfassenden Zellmembran oder einer künstrlichen Lipidmembran (Me) vorgesehen sind, wobei M ≥ 1 und ≥ 1.
