Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, das dazu geeignet ist, Wertstoffe, die normalerweise im Zellinnern zurückgehalten werden, in Organismen zu produzieren und aus diesen zu gewinnen, ohne daß die produzierenden Organismen zerstört werden. Dabei wird eine Überproduktion und Ausscheidung in das umgebende Medium ermöglicht. Insbesondere kann man durch dieses Verfahren hohe Konzentrationen des Wertstoffes in der Produktlösung erzielen und in großen Mengen die Endprodukte von Stoffwechselwegen gewinnen, die normalerweise durch Feed-Back-Hemmung in der Syntheseleistung limitiert wären. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zelleigene Transportsysteme für die Akkumulation/Rückhaltung dieser Wertstoffe ausgeschaltet oder in ihrer Befähigung zur Akkumulation/Rückhaltung dieser Wertstoffe beeinträchtigt werden.
