Abstract

L'invention concerne une protéine caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend ou est constituée par: - la séquence SEQ ID NO: 2 représentatn la protéine d'origine humaine d'ancrage à la surface des membranes cellulaires des cholinestérases, - ou toute séquence dérivée de la séquence SEQ ID NO: 2 ou d'un frangemnt défini ci-dessous,m notamment par substitution, suppression ou addition d'un ou plusieurs acides aminés, sous réserve qu'elle permette l'ancrage membrainaire des chooinestérases, - ou touts séquence homologue de la séquence SEQ ID NO: 2 ou d'un fragment défini di-dessous, ayant de préférence une homologie d'au moins environ 70%, et motmament 85%, avec la séquence SEQ ID NO: 2, sous réserve qu'elle permette l'ancrage membranaire des cholinestérases, - ou tout frament d'une des séquences définies ci-dessus, sous réserve qu'il permette l'ancrage membranaire des cholinestérases.
