Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemm- oder Spreizzange (1) mit zwei scherengelenkartig miteinander verbundenen Zangenarmen (4, 5), die einendig Griffabschnitte (6, 7) und anderendig Spannabschnitte (12, 13) ausbilden und in unterschiedlichen Spannstellungen verrastbar sind, wobei die Spannkraft das Resultat einer mit dem Verbringen der Zangenarme (4, 5) in die Spannstellung einhergehenden elastischen Verformung mindestens eines der beiden Zangenarme (4, 5) ist. Zur verbesserten dosierbarkeit der Spannkraft schlägt die Erfindung vor, ein in der Wirkstrecke zwischen Spannabschnitt und Griffabschnitt derart angeordnetes Federelement (F) vorzusehen, dass bei festgehaltener Abstandsstellung (a) der beiden Spannabschnitte (12, 13) zueinander die beiden Griffabschnitte (6, 7) zur Steigerung der Spannkraft aufeinander zu in eine andere Raststellung (19, 22) verlagerbar sind.
