Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Gas (10), insbesondere von wasserstoffreichem Synthesegas aus biogenem oder sonstigem kohlenstoffhaltigen Material (9), wobei das Material (9) in einem Reaktor (1) unter Erzeugung einer Wirbelschicht (2) allotherm vergast und wobei die Wirbelschicht (2) beheizt wird, ist im Hinblick auf die Aufgabe, eine ökonomische und effektive Erzeugung von Gas zu realisieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Bereich der Wirbelschicht (2) Heizrohre (3) zumindest teilweise durch die Wirbelschicht (2) hindurch erstrecken. Des Weiteren ist ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Gas (10), insbesondere von wasserstoffreichem Synthesegas aus biogenem oder sonstigem kohlenstoffhaltigen Material (9), angegeben, wobei das Material (9) in einem Reaktor (1) unter Erzeugung einer Wirbelschicht (2) allotherm vergast und wobei die Wirbelschicht (2) beheizt wird und wobei zur Beheizung der Wirbelschicht (2) sich zumindest teilweise durch die Wirbelschicht (2) hindurch erstreckende Heizrohre (3) verwendet werden.
