Abstract

Bioreaktor zur Kultivierung von Zellen, mit einem Kulturgefäß, mit einer oder mehreren Gasversorgungen und/oder einer oder mehreren Flüssigkeitsvorlagen sowie Zuführungseinrichtungen für Gase und/oder Flüssigkeiten, mittels welcher Gase und/oder Flüssigkeiten dem Kulturgefäß zuführbar sind, wobei zwischen der Zuführungseinrichtung und der Gasversorgung bzw. Flüssigkeitsvorlage eine Mischvorrichtung, insbesondere eine Venturidüse, zur Mischung von Gas und/oder Flüssigkeit aus der Gasversorgung bzw. Flüssigkeitsvorlage geschaltet ist.
