Abstract

Une plate-forme (1) effectue l'intégration de processus dans laquelle un processus reçoit des entrées provenant d'utilisateurs situés à des dispositifs d'utilisateur et interagit avec des systèmes de traitement de données distants. Les interactions sont représentées par des noeuds dans un moteur (6) de flux de travaux, dans lequel un flux de travaux représente un processus de travail complet. Les entrées des utilisateurs sont maintenues à un niveau minimum. Une application client est téléchargée (liaison descendante) par un gestionnaire (4) sur le dispositif d'utilisateur et demande une saisie de données et un téléchargement (liaison montante) pour un flux de travaux associé. Le gestionnaire (4) et la structure logicielle client (19) assurent la continuité même lorsqu'un dispositif d'utilisateur est non connecté.
