Abstract

L'invention se rapporte d'une manière générale à des compositions pharmaceutiques stables et à des procédés de fabrication et d'administration de telles compositions. Selon une variante, l'invention se rapporte à des compositions pharmaceutiques stabilisées renfermant des principes pharmaceutiquement actifs, notamment du sodium de lévothyroxine (T4) et du sodium de liothyronine (T3) (médicaments d'hormone thyroïdienne), de préférence sous une forme solide à libération immédiate. Font également l'objet de cette invention des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de ces compositions stabilisées et à libération immédiate.
