Since the cleaning of the vapors, both from fats and from smells, is usually not completely successful, slightly polluted air is returned to the kitchen area. Furthermore, the air in the kitchen space is only circulated and the air conditioning system always removes new moisture. This creates an uncomfortable living environment with extremely dry air after a short time. The supply of fresh air, e.g. a window makes the operation of the air conditioning ineffective.
