Abstract

Beim Stand der Technik werden insbesondere Kathoden von Hochtemperatur-Brennstoffzellen (SOFC) der Oberflächen mit gasdurchlässigen Schichten versehen. Durch das anschließende Aufbringen des Elektrolyten und Sintern wird bisher die Sauerstoffdiffusion wesentlich verschlechtert. Mit der Erfindung ist eine Elektrodenbeschichtung geschaffen, bei der die Porosität definiert eingestellt ist und nach Sinterung auf diesem Wert bestehen bleibt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass bei der Herstellung ein Porenbildner und/oder ein Gefügestabilisierer verwendet wird.
