Abstract

L'invention concerne une fracture dorsale traitée du côté palmaire à l'aide d'une plaque en forme de T opposée à la fracture. La plaque est positionnée contre le côté palmaire de l'os radial, plusieurs vis fixent la plaque le long d'une partie non fracturée de l'os radial, et plusieurs chevilles s'étendent de la plaque dans les fragments osseux de la fracture. Une partie de support de la plaque, distale par rapport aux chevilles, sert de support aux fragments osseux. La plaque comprend éventuellement un ou plusieurs canaux destinés à recevoir des fils adaptés pour ancrer les fragments osseux distaux à la plaque. La résistance et les matériaux de la plaque lui permettent de résister aux grandes forces de flexion appliquées.
