Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Vielschichtbauelement mit einem Grundkörper (1), der einen Stapel von übereinanderliegenden keramischen Dielektrikumschichten (2) enthält, mit zwei außen am Grundkörper (1) angeordneten Aussenkontakten (3), mit einem im Innern des Grundkörpers (1) zwischen zwei Dielektrikumschichten (3) angeordneten Widerstand (4, 41, 42), der mit den Aussenkontakten (3) verbunden ist und der die Form einer strukturierten Schicht (5) aufweist, welche wenigstens eine mehrfach gekrümmte Bahn zwischen den Aussenkontakten (3) bildet. Die Dielektrikumschichten (2) und die Widerstände (4, 41, 42) sind in einem einzigen Sinterschritt miteinander verbunden. Durch die mehrfach gekrümmte Bahn der Schicht (5) können besonders hohe Widerstandswerte erzielt werden.
