Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'exercice physique qui, grâce à ses composants, permet de faire travailler tous les principaux groupes musculaires du corps et, en même temps, des groupes musculaires opposés. Parmi la grande diversité des exercices, ledit appareil permet d'effectuer des exercices de base avec des barres ou des poids, ainsi que des exercices habituellement effectués à l'aide de poulies ou d'appareils plus complexes. L'objectif de l'invention est de fournir un gymnase portable totalement différent de ceux existant actuellement sur le marché, grâce à une conception simple, et dont la principale caractéristique est de réunir les avantages des appareils existants sur le marché, mais dans un appareil comprenant peu de composants, léger et portable.
