Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a steel sheet, and more particularly, to a method for online manufacturing a steel sheet having excellent flatness and desired characteristics without lowering productivity.
  • BACKGROUND ART An online cooling technique for directly cooling a rolled steel sheet to have desired characteristics by arranging a cooling device directly connected to a rolling mill is disclosed in JP-A-61-262428 and JP-A-3-128122. No. has been disclosed in public notices and reports. However, the steel sheet after accelerated cooling undergoes deformation such as warpage due to rolling strain and cooling strain, and the flatness of the steel sheet is significantly impaired.
  • the shape of the steel sheet is corrected online, but it is difficult to perform sufficient correction because the temperature of the steel sheet has dropped, and even if it can be corrected, the deformation is re-established by the release of stress during subsequent shearing. Description

Τ (0 = Tao + (Tso-Tao) exp (- t / て) <1)
