Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verdichten von ozonhaltigem Gas für eine Ozon-Zellstoffbleiche. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine derartige Vorrichtung und ein derartiges Verfahren dahingehend zu verbessern, dass eine kostengünstige und störunanfällige Verdichtung von Ozon möglich ist. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit einem Verfahren, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Gas (6) einer Dampfstrahlkompression mit sofortiger Abkühlung unterworfen wird. Eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens besteht aus einem Dampfstrahlkompressor (10 - 12) und einer Kühleinrichtung zur sofortigen Abkühlung des verdichte­ten ozonhaltigen Gases (6).
