Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen zu Heizzwecken dienenden Wärmeübertrager, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit mehreren parallelen Rohren, mit mindestens einer elektrischen Heizeinrichtung (4), die jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Rohren angeordnet sind, und mit mehreren Rippenelementen (5), die jeweils zwischen paarweise benachbarten Rohren sowie zwischen jeder Heizeinrichtung (4) und den dazu benachbarten Rohren angeordnet sind. Um die Leistungsaufnahme der Heizeinrichtungen (4) besser steuern zu können, besitzt jede Heizeinrichtung (4) zwei separat ansteuerbare Heizstränge (6, 7), wobei der eine Heizstrang (6) an einer dem einen benachbarten Rohr zugewandten Seite (8) der Heizeinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist, während der andere Heizstrang (7) an einer gegenüberliegenden, dem anderen benachbarten Rohr zugewandten anderen Seite (9) der Heizeinrightung (4) angeordnet ist.
