従来の注射針は、 釙管 (力ヌラ) と略円筒状の釙基とを有し、 針管が 斜め平面状に切り取られた刃面を有するものが多く用いられている。 こ のような注射針を用いて薬液の注射を行う場合は、 注射針を注射器に取 り付け針管を患部に挿入する際、 前記刃面が上方を向いた状態で患部に 挿入すると薬液の注入等が円滑に行われる。 このような理由により、 従 来は注射の際に前記刃面を上方に向けることが行われていた。
しかしながら、従来の注射針では釙管も針基も略円筒状であったため、 針管の刃面の方向を目視で確認した上で注射を行わなければならない。 ところが、 針管の刃面は小さいため、 その向きを確認することは困難で あった。
一方、 特開昭 6 0— 1 5 6 4 7 3においては、 刃面を有する針管と、 その針管の後方に設けられた針基とを有する注射針が開示されている。 当該注射針においては、 針基部分に刃面の方向を示す平面部を設けてお り、 この平面部によって刃面の方向を識別が容易になるとされている。 しかしながら、 当該公報における注射針は、 釙基が注射器に装着され る略円筒形の部分に前記平面部が設けられている。 このような針基の略 円筒形の部分には注射器の先端部が挿入されるため、 ある程度の強度が 必要となる。 ところが、 前記平面部は針基の円筒形の部分を削ることに より設けられるものであるため、 その面積を大きく取ろうとすると、 注 射器との接続部の肉厚が薄くなり、強度が低下するという不都合がある。 また、 強度を確保しょうとすると平面部の面積が小さくなり、 刃面の識 別がしにくくなるという不都合がある。
本発明は、 注射針の改良を目的とし、 さらに詳しくは前記不都合を解 消するために、 針基の強度を落とすことなく注射を行う際に針管の刃面 の向きを容易に確認することができる注射針を提供することを目的とす る。 発明の開示
前記目的を達成するために、 本発明の第 1の態様の注射針は、 先端部 に傾斜する刃面が形成された針管と、 前記針管の基部に固定される針基 とを備えた注射針であって、 前記針基は注射器等に接続される接続部と 前記接続部の前方に設けられた略平板状の平板部とを備え、 前記平板部 は前記刃面の上下方向に一致させて延設され、 前記平板部の側縁に前記 刃面の向きを使用者が触覚で識別することができる識別形状が設けられ ていることを特徴とする。
本発明の注射針によれば、 注射器等と接続される接続部とは別個に前 記平板部を設けているため、 前記平板部の形状を前記接続部の強度と関 わりなく自由に形成することができる。 このため、 前記識別形状を含め た平板部を使用者が刃面を識別しやすい形状に形成することができる。 また、 注射針を注射器に装着する場合や取り外す場合に、 前記釙基を ひねって着脱することが多く行われている。 本発明の注射針は、 前記釙 基に平板部が設けられており、 前記針基に力を加えやすいため、 注射器 等との着脱を容易に行うことができる。 この場合も、 前記接続部の強度 と関わりなく前記平板部を使用者が力を入れやすい形状にすることがで さる。
また、 第 1の態様の注射針において、 前記針管を覆い前記平板部が収 納されて前記針基に装着される略円筒状のプロテク夕一を備えていると きは、 前記針基は前記平板部の後方に前記プロテクターの外周と略同径 に形成された円盤状のつば部を備え、 前記識別形状は前記平板部の縦方 向の側縁から外方に突出し前記プロテクターが装着された際に前記プロ テク夕一の後端部と前記つば部との間に介在して両者の間隔を保持する 突起であることが好ましい。

図 1は第 1の実施形態の注射針を示す説明図、 図 2は第 1の実施形態 の注射針がプロテク夕一に収納された状態を示す説明的断面図、 図 3は 第 1の実施形態の注射針の前方にプロテクターが装着されている状態を 示す平面図、 図 4は第 1の実施形態の注射針を注射器に装着した状態を 示す一部断面図、 図 5は第 2の実施形態の注射針を示す説明図、 図 6 ( a ) 及び (b ) は第 3の実施形態の注射針を示す説明図である。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
次に、 本発明の注射針の実施形態の一例について、 図 1乃至図 6を参 照して説明する。 まず、 第 1の実施形態の注射針 1について、 図 1乃至 図 4を参照して説明する。 第 1の実施形態の注射針 1は、 図 1に示すよ うに、 患部に穿刺される釙管 2と、 針管の後方部分に設けられた針基 3 とを備え、 針基 3が注射器 1 0 (図 4参照) に接続されるものである。 また、 図 2に示すように、 注射針 1の前後からプロテクター 4 a及び 4 bが装着されてこのプロテク夕一 4 a及び 4 bの内部に収納されるよう になっている。 尚、 第 1の実施形態における注射器 1 0は、 予め内部に 薬液が充填されたいわゆるプレフィルシリンジである。
針管 2はステンレス製の管により形成され、 先端部に平面状に斜めに 切り取られた刃面 2 aを有している。 また、第 1の実施形態においては、 針管 2の後端側も針基 3から後方に向けて突出し、 後端部に第 2の刃面 2 bが形成されている。
針基 3は、 その前方に設けられた平板部 5と、 平板部 5の後端部に連 結され針管 2の軸方向に直交する円盤状のつば部 6と、 つば部 6の後端 部から後方に延設される接続部 7とを備えている。 また、 平板部 5には 後述する識別突起 8 (識別形状) が設けられている。 また、 つば部 6の 前方には、 プロテクター 4 aに嵌合され、 プロテクター 4 a内に異物が 混入するのを防止する栓体 9が設けられている。 そして、 これらの平板 部 5、 つば部 6、 接続部 7、 識別突起 8及び栓体 9は、 合成樹脂により 一体に形成されている。 .
平板部 5は、 図 1に示すように板厚の薄い板状に形成され、 針管 2の 刃面 2 aが開口している向きと同一方向に縦方向に延設されている。 識 別突起 8は、 平板部 5の縦方向の側縁において一方向側からつば部 6と 同じ高さまで突出している。 一方、 平板部 5の他方の側縁には識別突起 8は設けられていない。 そして、 識別突起 8が設けられていない箇所の 平板部 5の縦方向の髙さは、 プロテクター 4 aの内径と略同一に形成さ れている。 つば部 6は、 プロテクター 4 aの後端部と略同径に形成され ている。 接続部 7は、 注射器 1 0の先端部に嵌合されるように後方に向 かって拡径している。
このような構成を備えた注射針 1がプロテクター 4 a及び 4 bに収納 された状態では、 図 2に示すように、 注射針 1の前方がプロテクター 4 aで覆われ、 注射針 1の後方がプロテクター 4 bで覆われている。 平板 部 5の縦方向の高さ及び栓体 9の外径はプロテク夕一 4 aの内径と略同 一となつており、 プロテクター 4 aが装着された状態ではその内周面に 平板部 5及び栓体 9が嵌合している。 そして、 識別突起 8は平板部 5か ら外方に突出しているため、 図 2及び図 3に示すように、 プロテクター 4 aの後端部とつば部 6との間に介在して両者の間に所定の間隔が生じ ている。 また、 プロテクター 4 bの内径はプロテクター 4 aの後端部及 びつば部 6の外径と略同一に形成されているため、 プロテクター 4 aの 後端部とつば部 6とを覆うように装着される。
この状態からプロテクター 4 a及び 4 bを取り外すときは、 使用者が プロテクター 4 aと 4 bとを両手で持ち、 左右に離反させてプロテクタ —4 bを取り外す。 次に、 使用者はプロテクター 4 aとつば部 6とを両 手で持ち、 左右に離反させる。 第 1の実施形態の注射針 1では、 つば部 6とプロテクター 4 aの後端部との間に識別突起 8が介在しており、 両 部材の間に所定の間隔が生じているため、 使用者が両部材を容易に離反 させることができる。
次に、 注射針 1を注射器 1 0に装着するときは、 使用者が平板部 5を 持って接続部 7を注射器 1 0の先端部に挿入する。 このとき、 注射針 1 を注射器 1 0に確実に装着するため、 注射針 1をねじりながら注射器 1 0に挿入することが多く行われている。 第 1の実施形態の注射針 1は、 平板部 5が板厚の薄い板状に形成されているため、 注射針 1に力を加え やすくなつている。
そして、 第 1の実施形態の注射針 1が装着された注射器 1 0を使用者 が使用する際に針基 3を持ったときは、 識別突起 8によって針管 2の刃 面 2 aの方向を容易に識別できるので、 釙管 2の刃面 2 aを見てその方 向を識別する必要がない。 また、 注射器 1 0の使用後は注射器 1 0から 注射針 1を取り外す必要がある。 第 1の実施形態の注射針 1には平板部 5が設けられており、 注射針 1がひねりやすいので、 容易に注射器 1 0 から注射針 1を取り外すことができる。
次に、 第 2の実施形態の注射針 1 1について、 図 5を参照して説明す る。 第 2の実施形態の注射針 1 1は、 図 5に示すように、 平板部 5が釙 管 2の刃面 2 aの方向と直交するように横方向に延設されている。 そし て、 平板部 5の表面には、 針管 2の刃面 2 aの方向と同一の方向の面に 識別表示として色彩 (例えば赤色) が施されており、 その表面には刃面 2 aの方向に突出する識別突起 8が形成されている。この識別突起 8は、 本実施形態においては平板部 5の表面において針管 2の軸方向に向けて 長く形成されている。 また、 本実施形態における針基 3は合成樹脂によ り形成されているため、 容易に色彩を施すことができる。
尚、 第 2の実施形態においては、 平板部 5の両側縁にプロテクター 4 aが装着された際にその後端部に当接する突起 1 2が設けられている。 また、 第 2の実施形態においては、 接続部 7は薬液の充填されていない 通常の注射器 (図示せず、 以下に同じ。 ) の先端部に嵌合するように後 方に向けて拡径する円筒状に形成されている。その他の構成については、 第 1の実施形態と同様であるので、 図中において同一の符号を付して詳 細な説明は省略する。
第 2の実施形態の注射針 1 1を注射器に装着する際は、 使用者が平板 部 5を持って接続部 7を注射器の先端部に装着する。 このとき、 平板部 5が板状に形成されているため、 注射針 1 1をねじりながら確実に注射 器に装着することができる。
そして、 第 2の実施形態の注射針 1 1が装着された注射器を使用者が 使用するときは、 平板部 5の一方の面に色彩が付されているため、 一目 で釙管 2の刃面 2 aの方向を識別することができる。 また、 注射をする 際に使用者が針基 3を持ったときは、 識別突起 8によって釙管 2の刃面 2 aの方向を容易に識別できる。 本実施形態においては、 識別突起 8は 針管 2の軸方向に長く形成されているため、 使用者は容易に刃面 2 aの 方向を識別することができる。 このように第 2の実施形態の注射針 1 1 によれば、 視覚と触覚とにより容易に且つ確実に刃面 2 aの方向を識別 することができる。 また、 釙基 3には平板部 5が設けられているため、 注射器への取り付け及び取り外しを容易に行うことができる。
次に、第 3の実施形態の注射針 2 1について図 6を参照して説明する。 本実施形態の注射針 2 1は、 図 6 a及び bに示すように、 針基 3には平 板部ではなく正面視で略二等辺三角形に形成された把持部 2 2が設けら れている。 この把持部 2 2は、 図 6 bに示すように、 長さの等しい 2辺 の頂角が鋭角となっており、 底辺が短く形成されている。 また、 把持部 2 2は、 図 6 aに示すように、 鋭角となっている頂角が刃面 2 aと同一 の方向となるように形成されている。 また、 把持部 2 2の角部は、 使用 者が把持部 2 2を持った際の感触を考慮して円弧状に面取りされている。 尚、 その他の構成については、 上記第 1の実施形態と同様であるので、 同一の構成については図 6において同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省 略する。 第 3の実施形態の注射針 1を注射器に装着する際は、 使用者が把持部 2 2を持って接続部 7を注射器の先端部に装着する。 このとき、 把持部 2 2が正面視で扁平の略二等辺三角形に形成されているため、 注射針 2 1をねじりながら確実に注射器に装着することができる。
そして、 第 3の実施形態の注射針 2 1が装着された注射器を使用する 際に使用者が針基 3を持ったときは、 把持部 2 2の形状によって釙管 2 の刃面 2 aの方向を容易に識別することができる。 このように第 3の実 施形態の注射針 2 1によれば、 触覚とにより容易に且つ確実に刃面 2 a の方向を識別することができる。 また、 針基 3には扁平の把持部 2 2が 設けられているため、 注射器への取り付け及び取り外しを容易に行うこ とができる。
尚、 上記第 1及び第 2の実施形態においては、 識別形状として識別突 起 8を用いているが、 これに限らず平板部 5に凹部を設けることにより 識別形状としてもよい。 また、 上記第 2の実施形態において、 識別表示 として色彩を施しているが、これに限らず刃面の方向を明示する模様 (文 字を含む) を施すようにしてもよい。
産業上の利用可能性
以上のように、 本発明は、 医療現場等において注射を行う際や血液等 の採取を行う際に用いられる注射針について有用である。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . 先端部に傾斜する刃面が形成された針管と、 前記針管の基部に固定 される針基とを備えた注射針であって、
前記針基は注射器等に接続される接続部と前記接続部の前方に設けら れた略平板状の平板部とを備え、 前記平板部は前記刃面の上下方向に一 致させて延設され、 前記平板部の側縁に前記刃面の向きを使用者が触覚 で識別することができる識別形状が設けられていることを特徴とする注 射針。
2 . 前記針管を覆うと共に前記平板部を収納し前記針基に装着される略 円筒状のプロテクターを備え、 前記針基は前記平板部の後方に前記プロ テク夕一の外周と略同径に形成された円盤状のつば部を備え、 前記識別 形状は前記平板部の縦方向の側縁から外方に突出し前記プロテクターが 装着された際に前記プロテクタ一の後端部と前記つば部との間に介在し て両者の間隔を保持する突起であることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の 注射針。
3 . 先端部に傾斜する刃面が形成された釙管と、 前記釙管の基部に固定 される針基とを備えた注射針であって、
前記針基は注射器等に接続される接続部と前記接続部の前方に設けら れた略平板状の平板部とを備え、 前記平板部は前記刃面の上下方向と直 交するように横方向に延設され前記刃面の方向の表面に前記刃面の向き を使用者が触覚で識別することができる識別形状が設けられていること を特徴とする注射針。
4. 前記平板部に前記刃面の向きを使用者が視覚で識別することができ る識別表示を備えていることを特徴とする請求項 1、 2又は 3に記載の 注射針。
5 . 先端部に傾斜する刃面が形成された釙管と、 前記針管の基部に固定 される針基とを備えた注射針であって、
前記釙基は注射器等に接続される接続部と前記接続部の前方に設けら れた把持部とを備え、前記把持部は正面視で略二等辺三角形に形成され、 前記把持部の長さの等しい 2辺に挟まれた頂角が鋭角であり、 前記頂角 が前記刃面の方向と一致するように形成されていることを特徴とする注 射針。
