Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode permettant de placer un patient souffrant ou suspect de leucémie myéloblastique aiguë dans une classe de leucémie myéloblastique aiguë définie sur le plan cytogénétique. Cette méthode consiste à prélever un échantillon sur le patient, à utiliser le profilage d'expression génétique afin de déterminer le taux d'expression d'au moins un gène informatif de l'échantillon et à placer l'échantillon dans une classe de leucémie myéloblastique aiguë en se basant sur ce taux d'expression. L'invention concerne également une méthode permettant de placer un patient souffrant ou suspect de leucémie myéloblastique aiguë dans une classe de leucémie myéloblastique aiguë. Cette méthode consiste à prélever un échantillon sur le patient, à déterminer le taux d'expression d'au moins un gène informatif choisi dans les gènes énumérés dans la Table 1, la Table 2 ou la Table 3 de l'échantillon, enfin à placer l'échantillon dans une classe de leucémie myéloblastique aiguë en se basant sur ledit taux d'expression déterminé.
