Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de parties de chaussée réfléchissantes, plus particulièrement des passages pour piétons, et un mélange de masse réfléchissante plus précisément en vue de la formation de passage pour piétons. Le procédé de production de parties de chaussée réfléchissantes, plus particulièrement des passages pour piétons, est caractérisé en ce que la surface de chaussée conçue pour permettre aux piétons de traverser ou conçue pour d'autres marquages horizontaux est recouverte, de préférence par pulvérisation, avec un polymère de soufre contenant un modificateur améliorant la sensibilité du polymère de soufre à l'activité des micro-ondes et en ce que la surface ce chaussée conçue pour le marquage horizontal est chauffée, de préférence à l'aide d'un dispositif micro-ondes, jusqu'à ce qu'ait lieu la liquéfaction de la couche de polymère de soufre. A cet effet, on verse une matière réfléchissante, de préférence sous forme de billes de verre, sur la surface liquéfiée et on plaque mécaniquement la couche de matière réfléchissante contre la chaussée au moyen de vibrations et/ou de son compactage, de préférence à l'aide d'un rouleau vibrant. L'invention concerne également un mélange d'une masse réfléchissante permettant la formation de parties de chaussée réfléchissantes, plus particulièrement des passages pour piétons, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient entre 70 et 95 % en poids de polymère de soufre mélangé avec entre 5 et 30 % en poids d'un modificateur et entre 1 et 10 % en poids d'une matière réfléchissante, les sels métalliques ou les poudres métalliques tenant lieu de modificateurs.
