Abstract
Cette invention porte sur des systèmes de chauffage et/ou de refroidissement de locaux, tels que des locaux d'habitation ou de service. Dans une variante de cette invention, ce dispositif est logé dans le plancher ou un mur du local et reçoit d'une source un fluide caloporteur et/ou réfrigérant circulant dans un circuit étanche et chauffant ou refroidissant ainsi le local. Un milieu d'accumulation de chaleur et/ou de froid situé dans des cavités (7) permet de réguler le champ thermique et d'effectuer périodiquement l'alimentation en fluide caloporteur et/ou réfrigérant. La couche thermo-isolante (9) permet de réduire les pertes de chaleur dans le local. La couche de surface (8) des éléments structurels (1, 3, 4, 5, 6) est renforcée à l'aide d'une armature métallique et d'une consolidation périodique de la structure de matériau. Elle comprend d'autre part un matériau à haute conductivité thermique, tel que des copeaux de métal ou de la poussière métallique, ce qui accroît la conductivité thermique d'une dalle. Ce dispositif permet d'améliorer le confort dans le local en lui conférant un chauffage ou un refroidissement fiable et efficace, quelles que soient la forme et la distribution prédéfinie du champs thermique dans l'espace du local. Ce dispositif permet également de réduire l'épaisseur de la chape de construction par rapport à un circuit tubulaire d'un système de chauffage au sol, de simplifier et de réduire les travaux de construction et de diminuer le coût du système dans son ensemble.
