  • This invention relates to racket-raster matrix (RRM), which enables tennis, badminton and other racket sports players to regulate the correct position of both horizontal and vertical or only horizontal/vertical strings of a racket, which [strings] are horizontally and vertically entwined and adjustable (moveable).

  • Racket-raster matrix (1- Fig. 1), consists of: base-plate (1.1) and vertical protrusions on it (1.2), which by the shape of their base (rectangular, round or any other), their maximum vertical and horizontal dimensions fit the inter-space of the relevant strings (2.1.) of a racket (2- picture 2) in vertical/horizontal trajectory and in a line-up that fits the shape of a rectangle between the strings of the racket.
  • Upper part of the protrusions is compressed on all four sides so as to allow maximum dexterity of the penetration into inter-space of the relevant strings.
  • Protrusions are arranged (on the base-plate) in such way so as to penetrate every, every second or any other gap between the strings.

At the same time it allows easier and more secure insertion racket-raster matrix into head of a racket.
  • Racket-raster matrix (1, Fig. 1) is used in the following way:
  • Racket-raster matrix can be affixed to a stool, beam, column or post, which is positioned on the end of the playing ground.
  • a player can adjust the strings of the racket by positioning the racket on the stool, beam, column or post namely, on racket-raster matrix so that the top of the front cog penetrates the inter-space of the middle strings and is affixed to the front part of the head of the racket. Then, applying the principle of the leverage, while holding the handle of the racket, push all other protrusions into corresponding inter-spaces between the strings until the rear cog is safely settled into inter-spaces between the relevant strings.
  • Racket is pulled out of racket-raster matrix by , using a reverse technique, and the strings are reverted into their correct-original position.

Abstract

le canevas de raquette (1) comprend une plaque de base (1.1) dotée de picots verticaux (1.2) qui, de par leur agencement sur la plaque, la forme de leur base (rectangulaire, circulaire ou autre) et leurs cotes verticales et horizontales maximum, s'emboîtent dans les interstices entre les cordes horizontales et verticales correctement positionnées de la raquette. Les cordes sont torsadées horizontalement et verticalement et réglables (déplaçables). Il suffit d'insérer les picots dans les interstices entre les cordes pour replacer ces dernières dans leur position d'origine.
