Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de L-lysine comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) fermenter des bactéries coryneformes productrices de L-lysine qui réagissent au moins à des analogues d'acide diaminopimélique, en particulier à l'acide 4-hydroxydiaminopimélique ; enrichir la L-lysine dans le milieu ou les cellules bactériennes ; et éventuellement c) isoler la L-lysine ou l'additif alimentaire contenant de la L-lysine qui se trouve dans le bouillon de fermentation, de façon qu'une quantité ≥ à une valeur comprise entre 0 et 100 % des constituants du bouillon de fermentation et/ou de la biomasse soit présente. Ce procédé fait éventuellement appel à des bactéries au sein desquelles des gènes supplémentaires de la voie de biosynthèse de la L-lysine ont, en outre, été renforcés ou à des bactéries dont les voies métaboliques destinées à réduire la formation de L-lysine ont au moins partiellement été désactivées.
