Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une sangle de ceinture tissée destinée notamment à des ceintures de sécurité de véhicules, notamment de véhicules automobiles, et comportant des fils de chaîne et au moins un fil de trame. Cette sangle est caractérisée en ce que, lors du tissage, on utilise comme fil de trame un multifilament qui est composé de différentes fibrilles constituées d'une âme enrobée d'une enveloppe fusible et qui est thermofixé à la sangle après le tissage. Le multifilament fond en forme ondulée pour former un corps fil uniforme monofilament élastique et contribue ainsi à la rigidité transversale de la sangle et colle notamment aux fils de chaîne.
