Abstract

La présente invention concerne une pédale (1, 28) pour instrument à percussion tel qu'une grosse caisse (34), comportant une embase (2, 29), une batte (3, 45) de percussion et une plaque (4, 47) d'actionnement de la batte. La batte est solidaire d'une pièce (14, 46) d'extrémité mobile en rotation autour d'un premier axe (15, 53) solidaire d'une extrémité de la plaque et munie d'un bord de contact (16) à frottement avec un embout cylindrique (13, 51) mobile en rotation autour d'un deuxième axe (12, 52) parallèle au premier, le positionnement relatif du bord de contact et de l'embout cylindrique étant agencé pour permettre à la batte de pivoter sur l'embout pour frapper l'instrument lorsque la plaque est actionnée. Elle comporte également des moyens (22, 55) de rappel de ladite batte dans une position de repos.
