Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la chimie thérapeutique et en particulier au domaine de la pharmacotechnie.Elle concerne de nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques destinées au traitement de l'incontinence urinaire par substance cholinergique et musculotrope, associée ou non ô un agent estrogène peu résorbé, par voie locale caractérisée en ce que la substance cholinergique et musculotrope est l'oxybutynine, ou un de ses sels, et que l'agent estrogène peu résorbé est choisi parmi l'estriol, le 16-epiestriol ou l'estradiol sous forme libre, estérifiée et/ou éthérifiée.L'invention se caractérise, en outre, par le fait que l'administration s'effectue sous une des formes appropriées pour la voie vaginale ou la voie rectale pour la femme et la voie rectale chez l'homme, la forme administrée ô l'homme étant dénuée d'estrogène.Utilisation de ces compositions pharmaceutiques par voie vaginale ou par voie rectale.
