Abstract

L'invention concerne un revêtement résistant au feu conçu pour protéger des surfaces telles que des poteaux de bois et analogues. Ledit revêtement est formé d'un matériau de renforcement comprenant une ou plusieurs couches de fibres unidirectionnelles allongées et entrelacées telles que des fibres de verre, le matériau étant imprégné d'une solution non durcie d'un matériau matriciel résistant au feu et thermiquement isolant, qui durcit par la suite pour former un panneau dur d'isolation thermique. Le ciment de phosphate inorganique non durci est un matériau utile pour la phase matricielle.
