Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bedampfung eines Trägers mit einer Schicht eines nadelförmigen Röntgenleuchtstoffs mit wenigstens einem Alkalimetall, bei dem Alkalihalogenidphasen gleichzeitig mit einem Alkalihalogenid verdampft, in der Dampfphase gemischt und auf dem Träger aufgedampft werden, sowie einen nadelförmigen Röntgenleuchtstoff mit wenigstens einem Alkalimetall hergestellt gemäss folgender Formel (I), wobei M+ wenigstens ein Alkalihalogenid aus der Gruppe Na, K, Rb und Cs, H- wenigstens ein Halogenid aus der Gruppe F, Cl, Br und I sowie Sz+ wenigstens ein Lanthanid aus der Gruppe La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb oder Lu sind.
