Abstract

Eine Übertragungsvorrichtung zur Einleitung von optischer Strahlung in das Ohr weist einen Lichtwellenleiter auf, der eine Lichtquelle mit einer Ohrhalterung zur Abgabe der Strahlung verbindet. Die Ohrhalterung (10) beinhaltet ein erstes, vorzugsweise knieförmig ausgebildetes Übergangsstiack (11), in dem der Endbereich des Lichtwellenleiters (20) gehalten ist, und einen Haltebügel (12), der im Übergangsstück (11) steckbar und derart biegbar ist, dass die Austrittsöffnung (22) des Lichtwellenleiters (20) am Ohr positionierbar ist. Zur Einkoppelung der optischen Strahlung, vorzugsweise Laserstrahlung, in den Lichtwellenleiter (20) ist ein zumindest teilweise als Focusbuchse für den Laserstrahl dienendes, innenseitig sich konisch verjungendes zweites Übergangsstück (30) vorgesehen ist, in dem der Lichtwellenleiter (20) derart positioniert ist, dass der in der Focusbuchse erzeugte Focusbereich (F) des Laserstrahls unmittelbar vor der Eintrittsöffnung des Lichtwellenleiters (20) liegt.
