Abstract

L'invention concerne une séquence nucléotidique nouvellement identifiée comportant un gène codant une nouvelle (hémi)cellulase à partir de Aspergillus niger. L'invention concerne la séquence nucléotidique complète du nouveau gène, la séquence d'ADNc comportant la séquence codante complète de la nouvelle (hémi)cellulase, ainsi que la séquence d'acides aminés de la protéine fonctionnelle complète et d'équivalents fonctionnels de celle-ci. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation de ces enzymes dans des processus industriels et des procédés de diagnostic d'infections fongiques. L'invention concerne également des cellules transformées au moyen d'un polynucléotide selon l'invention et des cellules dans lesquelles une (hémi)cellulase selon l'invention est génétiquement modifiée de manière à améliorer son activité et/ou son niveau d'expression.
