Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour mesurer l’activation d’une cellule effectrice appartenant au système immunitaire, transformée ou non, par un anticorps monoclonal (AcMo) ou polyclonal, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une mise en contact de cellules exprimant le récepteur CD16 dans un milieu réactionnel en présence de l’anticorps et de l’antigène dudit anticorps et une mesure de la quantité d’au moins une cytokine produite par la cellule exprimant le récepteur CD16. L’invention porte également sur la sélection d’anticorps présentant la caractéristique d’induire l’expression de cytokines et d’interleukines, notamment l’IFNϜ ou l’IL2 destinés au traitement des maladies autoimmunes et inflammatoires, des cancers et des infections par des agents pathogènes.
