Abstract
Auf den Piezoaktor und die Anschlussstifte (1) ist eine Kopfplatte (3) aufgesetzt, die Öffnungen (8) zum Durchtritt der Stifte (1) aufweist. Um eine dauerhafte, insbesondere öldichte Abdichtung zwischen dem Piezoaktor und der Außenkontaktierung zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, in jeder Durchtrittsöffnung (8) eine Glasdurchführung (12) vorzusehen, in der der jeweilige Anschlussstift (1) zentriert geführt ist und in die der Stift (1) unter allseitiger Abdichtung zur Wandung der betreffenden Öffnung (8) hin eingeschmolzen ist.
