Abstract

Es wird eine programmgesteuerte Einheit mit einem Speicher zum Speichern von Daten, und mit einer Speicherschutzvorrichtung zum Schützen des Speichers vor Lese- und/oder Schreibzugriffen durch hierzu nicht autorisierte Personen beschrieben. Die beschriebene programmgesteuerte Einheit zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß es durch den Benutzer der programmgesteuerten Einheit bestimmbar ist, ob und für welche Teile des Speichers ein Leseschutz und/oder ein Schreibschutz wirksam sein soll.
