Abstract

L'invention concerne des lampes baladeuses et des projecteurs à lumière dirigée comprenant une pluralité de sources DEL. Dans certaines lampes ou certains projecteurs, le rayonnement traversant les lentilles est superposé dans une zone cible, à une distance cible. Les sources DEL peuvent être un groupe de DEL comprenant plus d'une matrice semiconductrice. Le boîtier de DEL peut présenter, à des fins optiques, une surface avant bombée pour chaque matrice semiconductrice. Cette surface bombée peut être conçue pour coopérer ou non avec des dispositifs optiques supplémentaires. Le boîtier de DEL peut être fabriqué à base d'une résine époxyde contenant des additifs afin de résister à la dégradation causée par un rayonnement violet visible ou ultraviolet provenant des sources DEL. Le boîtier peut également être fabriqué à partir d'un matériau autre qu'une résine époxyde, tel qu'une résine acrylique, une autre résine thermoplastique ou une résine de coulée. Ledit boîtier peut être constitué à partir d'un premier matériau résistant aux ultraviolets, qui entoure la puce DEL et qui est entouré par un deuxième matériau pouvant être de la résine époxyde.
