Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer OLED unter Aufbringung von Schichten auf einem Substrat zur Erzeugung eines Schichtverbunds sowie die OLED selbst. Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von lichtemittierende Einrichtungen, insbesondere OLEDs bereit zu stellen, welches materialsparend arbeitet und eine homogene lichtemittierende Schicht erzeugt. Erfindungsgemäss wird ein derartiges Verfahren unter Aufbringung von Schichten auf einem Substrat vorgeschlagen, umfassend die Schritte: Aufbringen einer ersten leitfähigen Elektrode; Erzeugen einer Oberfläche mit Vertiefungen; und Aufbringen von organischem lichtemittierenden Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das organische lichtemittierende Material in die Vertiefungen eingebracht wird.
