Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen bakteriellen Mikroorganismus, enthaltend eine fremde Nukleinsäuresequenz, welche für einen Wirkstoff codiert, wobei in der chromosomalen DNA des Mikroorganismus eine natürliche und für die Expression eines bakteriellen Enzyms codierende Nukleinsäuresequenz des Bakteriums entweder deletiert oder mit der Maßgabe mu­tiert ist, dass ein hieraus entstehendes Translationspro­dukt nicht-funktionell ist. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren Zellen, die mit solchen Mikroorganismen infiziert sind, Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Organismen sowie deren Verwendung, insbesondere zur Herstellung von phar­mazeutischen Zusammensetzungen.
