Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Spritzgiessmaschine mit einem Kraftsensor (22) zur Bestimmung des auf die dreh- und linearangetriebene Schnecke (2) der Spritzgiessmaschine ausgeubten Stau- und/oder Einspritzdrucks. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Kraftsensor (22) zwischen dem hinteren Ende der Schnecke (2) und der Antriebswelle (6) der Schnecke (2) angeordnet ist, dass ein mit der Schnecke (2) und/oder der Antriebswelle (6) mitrotierender Messwertverstärker (24) sowie ein mit der Schnecke (2) und/oder der Antriebswelle (6) mitrotierender Sender (25) vorgesehen sind und dass desweiteren eine drehfeste Empfängereinheit (28) vorgesehen ist. Zur Messwertübertragung zwischen den rotierenden und gegebenenfalls auch axial bewegten Teilen und dem dreh- bzw. ortsfesten Empfänger (28) kann eine Funkübertragung, beispielweise nach dem Bluetooth-Standard, vorgesehen werden. Zur Energieversorgung der rotierenden und gegebenenfalls auch axial bewegten Teile dienen beispielsweise mitrotierende Solarzellen (26), die von im Gehäuse (3) montierten Lichtquellen (27) bestrahlt werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Kraftmessung kann allgemein bei dreh- und linearangetriebenen Maschinenteilen vorgesehen werden.
