Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation à ultra-haute pression de gaz comprenant un gazostat (4) relié au moyen d'une unité de commutation à des pompes à vide primaire (1) et à sorption (2) servant à générer un vide dans l'enceinte de travail du gazostat. Ce gazostat est également relié, au moyen d'un élément haute pression (11), à un système de compression comportant une pompe, un compresseur et des multiplicateurs. Une pompe de refroidissement cryogénique (3) permettant de pomper un agent réfrigérant à travers l'enveloppe de refroidissement du gazostat est reliée audit gazostat. Cette installation comprend un système de surveillance et de commande (14) du gazostat et un système de compression, lequel est relié audit gazostat au moyen de l'élément haute pression et à des clapets de non retour intégrés. Le compresseur du système de compression est relié à une rampe de bouteilles. Un four de réchauffage (5) est disposé dans le volume libre du gazostat. Une unité d'isolation thermique constituée de cylindres à parois minces (26) disposés coaxialement et composés d'un matériau composite carbone-carbone et munis d'un revêtement réfléchissant intérieur est placée à l'intérieur du corps du four (24). Un élément chauffant en forme de U (27) dont la cavité interne forme le volume de travail du four est placé à l'intérieur dudit four. L'espace situé entre le corps du four, une unité de protection thermique et les cylindres à parois minces disposés coaxialement est rempli d'un feutre carbonique (25). Un support d'objet (30) se présentant sous la forme d'un cylindre rempli d'une charge d'isolation thermique constituée de feutre carbonique est disposé sur la base du four.
